- Mold / setup is a one-time tooling charge per design (shown in the table).
- Express shapes ship faster with a flat $50 setup; Elite die-struck medals unlock the full 1¼"–5" size range and volume breaks to 2,500.
- Neck ribbons and packaging are optional and priced per piece — a 1" blank ribbon is the most popular add-on.
- Phat Tags & Champ Chains are specialty items priced per piece: 1–2, 5–9 and 10+ are published, and 25+ is quoted. Champ chains start at the 5–9 break — ask us for a single or a pair.
- Orders under 25 use the surcharge columns — the 10–24 rate, or the Under 10 rate below ten pieces — and tooling is billed at the small-run rate shown beside the mold charge.
