Because we handle the entire minting process in-house with no middlemen, our pricing is competitive at every quantity. Request a free quote with your design details and we will send you an exact price within one business day. On this page, challenge coins start at $54 each for a single piece and go as low as $2.93 each at 5000+, with a minimum order of 1. Each product shows its full price ladder and any setup charge before you ask for a quote.
You can order a single coin. We have a no minimum order policy, which means you get the same die-struck quality whether you order one retirement gift or five hundred event giveaways. Bulk orders do benefit from volume pricing.
Because we design, die-cut, and manufacture everything in-house at our South Carolina facility, most orders are completed within two to three weeks after design approval. We also offer overnight shipping for last-minute deadlines.
We accept virtually any format: vector files like AI, EPS, or SVG are ideal, but high-resolution PNG, JPG, or even a hand-drawn sketch works. Our artists will convert your artwork into a production-ready 3D proof for your approval before manufacturing begins.
Die-struck coins are stamped into a solid metal base under immense pressure, producing a dense, heavyweight coin with sharp 3D detail. Spin-cast coins are made by pouring molten zinc into a mold, which gives a lighter coin with softer detail.
Coins start from a bronze, copper or zinc alloy base. Finishes include gold plating, polished silver plating, antique bronze, satin nickel and matte black, and color can be added with soft enamel for a textured feel or hard enamel (cloisonne) for a smooth, jewelry-quality surface.
