Colucci Custom Awards respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote, use one of our online designers, or browse this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Last updated 27 July 2026.

Colucci Custom Awards designs and manufactures championship rings, belts, chains, trophies, medals and custom awards. We have been making championship hardware since 1940. We only ask for what we need to price, design and produce your order. Depending on which form you use, that may include:
Contact and Order Details
Your name, email address, telephone number, and the organization, school, team or league you represent. On our quote and contact forms these are the fields you fill in directly.
Artwork and Files You Upload
Logos, mascots, photographs, rosters, spreadsheets, design sketches and any other file you attach to a quote request or designer submission. We use these solely to prepare your proof and produce your order.
Design Selections
The choices you make in our online ring, medal and trophy designers, and in our cost estimators, including sizes, quantities, finishes, engraving text and other options. These are submitted with your quote so we can reproduce exactly what you designed.
Anything Else You Send Us
The content of emails, comments you add to a quote, and details you provide over the phone or at a trade show, including entries to any raffle or giveaway we run.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into trouble. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms, which performs an automated check to confirm a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Our forms and designers will still work, but some analytics and anti-spam features may behave differently.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to: • Prepare and send you a quote, price estimate or digital proof • Produce, engrave, pack and ship your order • Respond to your questions and provide customer support • Keep a record of your submission so that a lost or misdelivered enquiry can be recovered and answered • Send you order updates, and — only if you have asked for them — occasional product or promotional emails • Detect and block spam, fraudulent and automated submissions • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it • Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it to perform their role for us: • Our customer relationship system, which stores and routes incoming quote requests • Our email provider, which delivers quote confirmations, proofs and order correspondence • Google, for website analytics and tag management • Cloudflare, for spam and abuse protection on our forms • Production, engraving, printing and shipping partners, where an element of your order is fulfilled with their help • Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this website runs on We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, where we need to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the safety and rights of our customers, our staff or the public. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction; we would tell you before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep quote and enquiry records only as long as they are useful and as long as the law requires. Archived copies of form submissions, including any files you attached, are automatically deleted after twelve months. Summary records of an enquiry may be kept longer so we can recognise a returning customer and honour prior pricing. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the period required by South Carolina and federal law. Artwork supplied for a production order may be retained so that reorders and replacement pieces match your original exactly. If you would prefer we delete your artwork after your order ships, tell us and we will.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to: • Tell you what personal information we hold about you • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date • Delete information we no longer need to keep • Stop sending you marketing email — every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask • Provide a copy of the information you gave us To make any of these requests, email hello@coluccicustomawards.com or call (803) 760-7099. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and disclosed, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and submissions from our forms are transmitted encrypted. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff through a password-protected administrative area. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Many of our products are made for youth sports teams and leagues, but orders and quote requests are placed by coaches, athletic directors, league officials and parents. Where you supply a roster containing the names or sizes of minors, we use it solely to produce and size the awards for that order, we do not use it for marketing, and it is deleted on the retention schedule described above. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website and blog link to other sites, including manufacturers, sports organizations and reference sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site we do not operate. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our business, technology or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly. Do you sell my information to anyone?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — our CRM, email, analytics, spam-protection, production and shipping partners — and only so they can perform that role for us.
What happens to the logo and roster files I upload?
They are used to prepare your proof and produce your order, and nothing else. Archived copies are automatically deleted after twelve months. We may keep production artwork longer so that reorders match your original exactly — if you would rather we delete it once your order ships, just ask.
How do I get my information deleted?
Email hello@coluccicustomawards.com or call (803) 760-7099 and tell us what you would like removed. We will verify who you are and then delete anything we are not legally required to keep, such as invoice and tax records.
Do you use cookies?
Yes, a limited set. They support Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which tell us which pages are useful, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which keeps bots off our quote forms. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site and its designers will still work.
Will I get marketing emails if I request a quote?
Requesting a quote gets you the quote and the correspondence needed to complete your order. We only add you to promotional email if you ask us to, and every promotional message has an unsubscribe link.
