Custom Letterman & Championship Jackets

A letterman jacket is a varsity-team jacket featuring a wool-melton body, genuine leather sleeves, a chenille letter patch on the chest representing the athlete's earned varsity letter, and personalized embroidery (name on the chest, sport and year on the sleeve). Eligibility is set by each high school's athletic department — typically student-athletes who earn varsity-level participation in a recognized sport. Many schools also award letters for academics, music, drama, and other non-athletic programs.

A letterman jacket is a personal piece of varsity gear that an individual student-athlete earns and wears throughout high school — it represents the player's career. A championship jacket is a team award given to every member of a specific championship roster — it represents one title in one season. Many programs commission both: each varsity athlete already has a letterman, and the championship roster gets matching championship jackets when they win a title.

Yes. Send us your school's mascot artwork, crest, and color palette in any standard image format. Our design team will reproduce it as embroidered or chenille applique work on the jacket, render it on a digital proof for your approval, and Pantone-match the wool, leather, and embroidery thread to your school colors exactly. We have built jackets for hundreds of varsity programs and can match any color combination.

Zero. We have no minimum order quantity — a single jacket for one graduating senior gets the same factory-direct construction quality as a fifty-jacket varsity-roster order. Quantity discounts begin at twelve jackets and scale up. Many parent and grandparent gift orders for a single senior letterman jacket come through our quote form every year.

Standard production is three to four weeks for Xpress orders and four to six weeks for Elite orders, measured from the date you approve the digital proof. We recommend kicking off the design process eight to ten weeks before the awards banquet, championship ceremony, or graduation event to leave time for proof approval, individual sizing collection, and shipping.

Yes. Full-roster orders are one of our most common order types for high school programs. We work with one coordinator on the program-wide base design (school mascot, colors, back patch layout), then collect individualized sizing and engraving forms (name, jersey number, sport, position, year) from each athlete. Our team handles the data-collection workflow so coordinators do not have to chase down fifty individual forms.

Yes. Many schools award letters for academic excellence, music ensembles, drama productions, debate, robotics, and other recognized programs. The jacket construction is identical to athletic letterman jackets — wool body, leather sleeves, chenille letter — but the patches and embroidery feature the academic or activity insignia rather than a sport icon. Each jacket has knit ribbing at the waist and cuffs, a snap-front closure, and a satin lining inside. The chenille letter, the big block letter most schools call the varsity letter, is stitched on the left chest, with chenille year numerals stitched on the lower right, and every jacket is built to the student-athlete's own measurements.

Championship jackets are the celebration version, built for a specific title, roster, and season, and the whole roster gets matching jackets at the championship banquet. These are heavier, premium builds: the back patch is fully custom, original CAD artwork in chenille and twill applique with the game opponent, final score, conference or state name, and season record. Coaches get coach stripes on the sleeve, and captains get an extra captain's C on the chest.
