Which Teams Order Travel Ball Championship Rings
Travel, select, club and showcase teams across baseball and softball, usually 10U through 18U. The trigger is almost always a tournament win, a state or regional title, or a season a coach wants marked before players age out of the roster.
Orders come from three places: the head coach ordering for the roster, a team parent collecting for the group, or a tournament director awarding rings as part of the event prize. All three get the same pricing. There is no minimum order, so a single ring for one player is as welcome as a full roster of eighteen.
Who Pays for Travel Ball Rings
Most travel programmes are already running a team fund, so the ring usually comes out of one of four places:
- The team fund — the most common route, folded into the season budget at the start of the year rather than after the win.
- Parents individually — each family buys their own player's ring, which is why no-minimum ordering matters. Nobody is forced in.
- A sponsor — a local business covers the order in exchange for its name engraved on a side panel.

Lead Time and When to Order
Production runs three to six weeks from proof approval, so the deadline that matters is the banquet, not the final. Teams presenting at an end-of-season dinner should approve artwork about six weeks out.
The two things that add time are sizing and roster changes. Collect ring sizes while the team is still together, before players scatter for the off-season, and lock the roster spelling before approval rather than after.
