Plating is checked for thickness and uniformity, cast pieces are weighed against spec, and stone settings are pressure-tested before final polish, whether you order an Xpress or an Xtreme pendant.

If you need a specific material certification, recycled gold, conflict-free stones, or hypoallergenic plating, tell us in the quote request and we can usually source to spec and document the chain of custody.

Frequently Asked Questions

Xpress pendants are die-struck on a stock blank shape (round, shield, dog tag, etc.) and personalized with your logo, color fill, and plating. They ship in three to five weeks with low minimums. Xtreme pendants are fully custom — we cut a unique mold for your design and cast in solid precious metals with optional gemstones, hand-finishing, and lifetime guarantee. Xtreme lead time is six to ten weeks.
Yes. Xtreme pendants are cast in solid 10K or 14K gold, sterling silver, or platinum — not plated. Stones are real diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, or your specified gemstone, hand-set by our jewelers. We can also work with recycled metals and conflict-free stones on request.
There is no fixed minimum. We have produced runs as small as five pendants for coaching staffs and as large as several thousand for national tournaments. Pricing scales with volume, and we are happy to quote any quantity.
Yes. Send us a high-resolution photo for laser etching or a clean fingerprint scan for engraving. We can also produce paw-print pendants from a clear inked print and small cremation pendants with a sealed interior chamber. Each is delivered in a presentation box with a complimentary chain.
Plan on six to ten weeks from approved 3D proof. The process: sketch (3-5 days) → 3D model and render (5-7 days) → mold cutting (1 week) → casting and stone setting (2-3 weeks) → hand-finishing and final polish (1 week) → quality inspection and ship. Rush options are available for milestone events.
Absolutely. We design coordinated jewelry packages where the pendant artwork mirrors your chain — same logos, same color palette, same finish family. Many of our championship-ring clients add matching pendants for spouses or family members so the milestone is shared.
Xpress pendants are available in high-polish gold, brushed silver, antique bronze, and matte black plating, paired with up to four soft-enamel color fills, hand-filled and shipped from an approved proof in three to five weeks.
