Standard construction is a 100% wool-melton body in the school's primary color, genuine leather sleeves in the school's secondary color, knit ribbing at the collar, cuffs, and waistband with a contrast stripe, snap-front closure, and a satin lining inside. The chenille varsity letter is sewn onto a felt backing in school colors, and the name and year are embroidered in matching thread. Elite-tier builds upgrade to 24oz wool and top-grain leather.
Yes. We have no minimum order quantity — a single letterman jacket for one student-athlete gets the same construction quality as a fifty-jacket varsity-roster order. Many parent and grandparent gift orders come through our quote form every year. Share the student's measurements, school name, mascot, colors, varsity letter, name, graduation year, and sport when requesting a quote.
Yes. The construction is identical to athletic letterman jackets, but the patches and pins are different — a music-letter jacket carries a musical-note or instrument patch, an academic-letter jacket carries the school's academic insignia, a robotics jacket carries the team number and program patch. We work with the school activity coordinator to source the correct insignia for each program type.
Full-roster orders are one of our most common order types. We work with one coordinator on the program-wide base design (school mascot, colors, varsity-letter style, year format), then collect individualized sizing and engraving forms from each athlete. Our team handles the data collection workflow so the athletic director, booster coordinator, or parent volunteer does not have to chase down individual forms from every player.
Yes. We ship every letterman jacket with the initial setup (varsity letter, name, year, school name). Patches and pins for additional sports, years, captain status, and all-conference / all-state recognition can be added at any time — either by the athletic department, a local tailor, or back through our shop. We accept post-purchase patch additions for any letterman jacket we have built.
Standard production is three to four weeks for Xpress builds (proven letterman construction with embroidered customization) and four to six weeks for Elite builds (premium materials, Pantone-matched trim, original CAD chenille work). Rush production is available for graduation banquets, awards ceremonies, and senior recognition events — share the deadline with your quote request.
Sport-specific patches attach below the varsity letter, one for each sport the wearer letters in. Year-pins denote each year the letter is earned: a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior pin. Captain pins, all-conference pins, all-state pins, and all-American pins each attach to the chest as those recognitions are earned.
