Custom Championship Jackets

Trophies sit in display cases. Championship rings get worn on special occasions. The championship jacket is the everyday garment players reach for every fall and winter for years — it carries the title with the team wherever they go. State champions wear them to away games for the rest of high school. College bowl winners wear them around campus. Adult-league title teams keep them in the closet and pull them out at every reunion. The jacket becomes the lasting visual identifier of the championship season.

Because the jacket gets worn so much, the construction has to last. Our championship jackets use 24oz wool-melton bodies (heavier than a standard letterman jacket), top-grain leather sleeves with reinforced cuffs, double-needle stitching at every stress point, and a satin lining with the program name and championship year woven or printed inside. The chenille and twill applique back patch is built to survive twenty winters.

Back patch (the centerpiece): Original CAD-designed multi-layer applique. Top arc reads the championship name (State Champions, Conference Champions, Region Champions, Bowl Champions). Center carries the program logo or mascot in 3D chenille. Bottom carries the championship year. Many programs add the opponent and final score on a banner across the bottom.

Left chest: Player's first name embroidered in school-color thread, school crest or mascot below the name.

Right chest: Sport-specific icon (football, basketball, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, wrestling, swimming) with the player's jersey number or position abbreviation.

Sleeves: Leather, school secondary color. Coaches get coach stripes on the left sleeve. Captains get a captain's C on the chest.

Inside lining: Optional satin lining with the program name, championship year, and full team roster printed on the interior — visible only when the jacket is unzipped, but a recognized prestige detail.

High school state championship rosters — football, basketball, baseball, soccer, wrestling, hockey, lacrosse, swimming. The entire varsity roster plus coaches and trainers receive matching jackets at the championship banquet. Conference, region, district, and section titles also commission jackets at the same scale.

College championship programs — conference titles, bowl-game wins, regional championships, and College World Series / Final Four runs all commission premium championship jackets. These are typically Elite-tier builds with original CAD back patches.

Youth and travel-ball programs — tournament-winning rosters at the 10U through 18U level commission championship jackets at the end of the tournament season, paired with rings or chains.

Corporate award programs — President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Hall of Fame, milestone-anniversary recognition. The build is the same — wool body, leather sleeves, custom embroidered back patch with the program name and recognition year.

Championship jacket orders are time-sensitive — you cannot finalize the design until the season is over and the title is won, but the jackets need to be in players' hands at the championship banquet, which is typically two to four weeks after the title game. Plan accordingly:

Pre-tournament outreach: If your program is in playoff contention, reach out before the tournament starts so we can pre-build the design template, collect roster sizing, and queue up the back patch artwork. We can hold the order and adjust the championship year, opponent, and final score the day after the title game.

Post-title rush: If the title was a surprise, share the championship details immediately after the game. Rush production can compress the timeline to two to three weeks with overnight shipping for the banquet — possible but requires expedited fees. Standard production is four to six weeks for Elite-tier championship jacket builds.
