Every custom badge we manufacture starts with a solid base of bronze, copper, or sterling silver. These are dense, heavyweight metals that survive decades of daily wear without warping, cracking, or losing their edge.
We apply brilliant gold, nickel, or rhodium plating over these solid foundations. All colored elements are rendered in hard enamel, heat-cured to create a glass-like surface that resists chipping and scratching through years of active service. The result is a badge with real physical substance that projects immediate authority, whether pinned to a uniform, displayed in a wallet, or mounted on a presentation plaque.
